Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for unused items, and 15 days for defective/damaged items (as outlined below). If the applicable timeframe has passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your kitchen item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, or protective materials).

Non-Returnable Items

The following kitchen goods are exempt from returns:
  • Used cookware/utensils (showing signs of wear, food residue, or damage from use)
  • Custom-engraved kitchen tools
  • Disposable kitchen accessories (e.g., paper liners, single-use storage bags)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer—all returns must be sent to our designated address (listed below).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted only in these situations:
  • Kitchen items with minor cosmetic damage (not affecting functionality)
  • Items returned more than 15 days but within 30 days of delivery (50% refund of the item price)
  • Items missing non-essential packaging materials (e.g., decorative boxes)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
  1. We will email you to confirm we’ve received the item.
  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
  1. Check your bank account/credit card statement (processing can take 3–5 business days).
  2. Contact your credit card company (delays may occur on their end).
  3. Contact your bank (processing timelines vary by institution).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced kitchen items may be refunded. Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product shipped). To exchange for the same item:
  1. Email us at helper@rightcrison.me with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Send the item to our return address (listed below).

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you once the item is received.
  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first: We will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (these are non-refundable). If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
For high-value items (e.g., cookware sets), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we do not guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.
